Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive cum Business Development Executive

to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating leads,

identifying potential clients, and nurturing relationships to drive business growth.

Requirements:

 1 years of experience in lead generation and business development within the HR industry.

 Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

 Familiarity with HR services, trends, and client pain points.

 Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

 Generate leads through targeted outreach, networking, and industry research within the HR domain.

 Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and nurture relationships to expand the client base.

 Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.

 Qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive conversion through effective communication.

 Maintain a strong understanding of HR services, tailoring offerings to meet client needs.

 Present sales reports, performance metrics, and market insights to management.
