Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage the entire supply chain process. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supply chain management and be able to develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience. The role is based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of production, supply chain, and inventory management
• Experience in the jewelry industry is preferred
• Proficiency in using MIS and supply chain management software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage the entire supply chain process, including purchasing, logistics, and inventory management
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts and prices
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement
• Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to meet customer needs
• Implement best practices in supply chain management to ensure operational excellence
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in supply chain management
• Manage and lead a team of supply chain professionals
