Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head. As the Maintenance Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of maintenance and repair for our facilities. This includes developing and implementing maintenance strategies, managing a team of maintenance technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in maintenance management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of facility maintenance best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience of 7 to 10 years in maintenance management
• Experience to handle Entire projects which includes Civil, Electrical, Plumbing.
• Should be from manufacturing company and got exposure of production machineries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of facility maintenance best practices
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in maintenance management software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize facility performance and minimize downtime
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
• Oversee the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices for maintenance operations
• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure minimal disruption to business operations
• Manage the maintenance budget, including cost control and resource allocation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology
