Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product development process for our jewelry line, from conceptualization to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, suppliers, and manufacturers, to ensure timely and accurate execution of product development plans.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences in the jewelry industry.
• Review and approve product samples, making necessary adjustments and modifications as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of jewelry product developers, providing guidance and support throughout the product development process.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting and selling our jewelry products.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our jewelry products in the market, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
