1.      Handling Finance and Tax Functions of the Organization.

2.      Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statement in compliance with law on monthly basis for senior management and board of director’s review.

3.      Administering Monthly/Year end book closure process.

4.      Preparation of various MIS reports and analyzing the same at company level (Revenue, Cost, Business Products, Receivables).

5.      Preparation of Financial Budgets (Quarterly & Annual Budgets) and presenting the same to senior management.

6.      Preparation of Cash Flow detailing the cash generated from Internal Accruals against expenditure (revenue as well as capital].

7.      Tracking of Cost against Budget.

8.      Variance analysis of Budget vs Actuals.

9.      Liaison with Statutory Auditors, lnternal Auditors, and ensuring smooth conduct and timely completion of Audit.

10.  Recommending management on business performance and cost associated thereto.

11.  Ensuring tax compliances related to TDS, TCS, Income Tax, GST, Handling Finance and Tax Functions of the Organization and its Group Companies.
