Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Knowledge of digital media and social media platforms.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Market analysis skills to identify design trends and competitors' strategies.
• Degree or certification in graphic design or a relevant field.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website banners.
• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop creative concepts and strategies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new design projects.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software to create and edit designs.
• Ensure that all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
