Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager for our company Surayay Namah Energy Private Limited. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns to promote our renewable energy solutions. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Pune, Maharashtra, India and it is a full-time employment opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for digital marketing
- Optimize website content and design to improve search engine rankings and user experience
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content, to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition
