Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 4 years in field sales, insurance sales, or related industries.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
  • In-depth understanding of the life insurance and financial services sector, including CASA sales and credit card sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify potential clients and strategically pitch products to meet their needs.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the capacity to influence stakeholders and close significant deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve collective business goals.
  • Must possess creativity and adaptability to handle the evolving challenges within the BFSI sales domain.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth across assigned regions.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs and trends within the industry.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their business objectives and recommend relevant products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing value propositions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, track progress against goals, and report findings to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to adapt strategies accordingly.
