We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Officer to join our growing team. The position is junior-level and requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience. This full-time role is based in multiple locations including Jaipur, Udaipur, Ajmer, Alwar, Pali, Jodhpur, and Bikaner. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in various sales methods, particularly in the BFSI sector, contributing to our mission to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in field sales, is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively sell life and general insurance products.
• Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, including trends and market insights.
• Experience with casa sales, credit card sales, and loan sales is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Must possess strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track opportunities and performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct field sales activities to promote and sell insurance and financial products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide detailed presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the management.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance and submit them to the sales manager.
• Coordinate with the sales team to strategize and plan sales campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain an edge in sales strategies.
