Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Level Relationship Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be based in locations including Saharanpur, Varanasi, Jamshedpur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Ajmer, and Nagpur. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships and driving sales within the BFSI sector.

- Credit card sales experience with a focus on retention and customer satisfaction.
- Sales skills with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets (Mandatory skill).
- Field sales ability to gather new clients and maintain existing relationships (Mandatory skill).
- BFSI sales knowledge to effectively drive sales efforts within the financial sector (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in life insurance for personalized selling and coverage explanation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high level of service and satisfaction.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and effectively convert them into successful transactions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver a comprehensive and seamless service to clients.
