Work Location : Arasur, Coimbatore.

Purpose :

• To design and development of new products

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new product development based on customer requirement or Bench mark product.

• Responsible for new product development as per our committed date

• Coordinating with Production, Purchase & Quality department for the prototype development of new product.

• Responsible for improvement in existing product based on customer requirement.

• Responsible for cost reduction of existing product.

• Coordinating with Supplier/Vendor for the development of new component.

• Responsible for Process improvement

• Responsible for design changes in the product based on service department feedback.

• Coordinating with Production/Quality/Vendor for the development of Gauges/Jigs & Fixtures.

• Any other additional responsibility as and when required.

• Responsible for spare list in all models

•  Responsible new product sign off documents (item details, Spare list & jig and fixture)

• Coordinating with New Product Assembly

• Responsible for new development pattern & core box and existing pattern & core box

Replace based on their requirement

• New Product Pattern & core box inspection

• Responsible for service pump analysis

• Coordinate with CFT Members to solve complaint problems.  

• Responsible for controlled drawing and revision

• GAD, CSD & Exploded view preparation
