- Familiarity with logistics software like Oracle and Mercury Gate to help with daily operations like 3PLs and freight charges
- Knowledge of transportation and safety standards
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at irregular hours and on holidays
- Ability to coordinate with managers, drivers, and customers
- Quick decision-making ability
- Familiarity with using GPS and navigation tools
