Who You Are:

Experienced QA professional with leadership in automation using Selenium Web Driver and Java. Analytical, collaborative, and skilled in mentoring junior team members.

Your Role:

·       Lead Automation Efforts: Design and implement robust test automation frameworks with Selenium Web Driver and Java.

·       Implement BDD Principles: Apply BDD principles for efficient collaboration between teams.

·       Enhance Test Coverage: Develop comprehensive automated test suites for software validation.

·       Collaborate Effectively: Communicate closely with cross-functional teams for product quality.

·       Mentor Junior Team Members: Provide guidance and mentorship within the automation domain.

Desired Technical Competencies & Skills:

·       Automation Mastery: Extensive experience with Selenium Web Driver and Java.

·       Karate Framework (Desired): API automation experience with Karate framework is a plus.

·       BDD Principles (Desired): Familiarity with BDD principles and frameworks like Cucumber or Spec Flow.

·       Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability in complex systems.

·       Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

·       Independent and Team Player: Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
