Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stores & Logistics Executive. This role involves managing the flow of materials and products in and out of our company. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in stores/warehouse operations and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in stores/warehouse operations
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of inventory management techniques
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and products
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Implement and enforce proper warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
• Optimize storage space and arrange products in an organized manner
• Prepare and maintain reports related to inventory and logistics
• Monitor transportation and shipping activities to ensure efficient operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any logistics issues
• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies in logistics
