Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced DTP Designer for a full-time position at our Chennai location. This mid-level role requires expertise in layout design, Coral draw, and sign board design, with a work experience between 4 to 6 years. The candidate will play a crucial part in designing marketing materials, ensuring alignment with our brand standards, and contributing to our team's creativity and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of minimum 4 years as a DTP Designer with a portfolio showcasing past projects and proficiency in creating engaging layout designs.
• Expert proficiency in Coral draw (Mandatory skill) with the ability to produce and edit complex graphic designs effortlessly.
• Demonstrated ability in sign board design to effectively create visual concepts that enhance branding and advertising messages (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator with skills in tools like Illustrator and Photoshop for creating high-quality visual materials.
• Understanding of color theory to choose and use colors that evoke desired responses and ensure brand alignment in projects.
• Strong communication skills for effectively collaborating with team members and understanding project requirements to surpass client expectations.
• Adept at multitasking and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Ability to stay updated with new trends and technologies in design to continually enhance processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and design innovative layouts for various marketing and promotional materials, while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Create and refine sign board designs that effectively communicate the brand’s message and attract the target audience's attention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative projects that align with business objectives and strategies.
• Utilize Coral draw and Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality digital and print design content for a range of applications.
• Review and proofread designs for visual and typographical accuracy, ensuring the final output is of the highest standard.
• Maintain organized records of all projects and design resources for easy access and future reference.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, bringing a fresh perspective to enhance project outcomes.
• Provide guidance to junior designers and assist in their learning and professional development as required.
