Experience - 1.5-2 Years as a Team Lead

Requirements:

• Excellent observational skills
• Knowledge of KYC verification and ID Proofs knowledge are plus points and preferred
• The ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects
• Well-developed IT skills
• Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and assessing risk scores and entity types
• Ability to identifying trends and inconsistencies
• Understanding of end to end KYC process and managing its screening part vigilantly.
• Team leader and Team building qualities
• Training team as per requirement.

Job description:

• Responsible for verification of Client data
• Verifying KYC documentation of the Clients to be adopted/reviewed
• Perform the risk assessment of the Client to be adopted/reviewed
• Signing off on new client adoptions and periodic reviews
• Leading Team and giving proper guidance
• Team building and team management.

We are also accepting Customer care team lead, KYC executive Team Lead, Team Leader etc.
