Job Summary:
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be the technical expert supporting the sales team in understanding and addressing the technical needs of clients. Your primary responsibility will be to articulate the technical features and capabilities of our products or services, particularly in the domains of CAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, and Creo. Through effective communication and collaboration with both internal teams and clients, you will contribute to the successful acquisition and retention of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Consultation:
• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives, especially in the context
of CAD software.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations, emphasizing expertise in CAD tools such as CATIA,
SolidWorks, and Creo.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the implementation of solutions related to CAD
technologies.
2. Product Knowledge:
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services, with a strong focus on
CAD software.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the CAD domain.
3. Client Engagement:
• Engage with clients during the pre-sales process to gather technical requirements, particularly those related to
CAD applications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific challenges in CAD design and provide tailored solutions.
4. Proposal Development:
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and documentation for client presentations, highlighting
CAD-related features.
• Work with the sales team to create compelling and customized presentations that demonstrate the value
proposition of our solutions, especially in the context of CAD software.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Liaise with the product development and engineering teams to communicate client needs and feedback
related to CAD technologies.
• Provide insights from client interactions to contribute to product improvement and development, particularly
in CAD-related functionalities.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in [relevant field].
• Proven experience in a similar Pre-Sales Engineer or technical sales role, with a strong background in CAD software
(CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo).
• Excellent technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts related to CAD
applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
