Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• 1 to 2 year of experience
• Passion for working with young children
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and flexibility
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Familiarity with educational resources and technology
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning activities for children aged 3-5 years
• Create a warm and nurturing environment where children can grow and learn
• Teach basic concepts such as numbers, letters, and shapes through play-based activities
• Provide individualized attention to each child's needs and development
• Monitor and record children's progress and communicate with parents
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create an engaging curriculum
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom
• Promote positive behavior and social skills
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
