Job Overview

We are looking for Delivery Boys to join our team at Sukrthi Recruit. As a Delivery Boy, you will be responsible for delivering products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid two-wheeler license
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Ability to navigate and use maps
• Excellent customer service skills
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy packages
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of products to different locations in a timely manner
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the delivery vehicle
• Collect payments from customers and issue receipts
• Communicate with customers, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
• Perform site visits and deliver excellent hospitality
• Handle and sort laundry clothes if required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
• Adhere to all safety requirements and traffic laws
• Report any issues or incidents to the supervisor or manager
