Detailed job duties include:

•     Together with the sales team as the technical support.

•     Able to identify and provide reliable solutions for customer needs.

•     Need to address all technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages.

•     Support colleagues with technical information and solutions.

•     Be responsible for the Test lab, Trial, and demo for the vacuum system.

•     Be a cog in the machinery for each project where we design customer specific solutions together

•     To some extent have technical briefings with new customers about the operation and service of their system for material transport with Vacuum.

•     Responsible for installation & commissioning of the system at the

customer site with help of technicians.

Qualification:

•      Diploma & B.E – Mechanical (Fresher or <4 years’ experience).

•      Must be able to work in an office environment with minimal supervision and have the ability for flexibility during shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed (either on-site or off-site)

•      Ability to work independently is preferred
