We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team . As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing financial reports. The ideal candidate has mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in handling accounts and is proficient in financial software and MS Excel. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance, FORMS ETC.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Manage payroll and employee expenses
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
• Handle tax-related tasks, including tax planning and filing returns
• Assist with financial audits
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance
