Role and Responsibilities:

As the Lead Architect at Suggaa, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the

architecture and technological landscape of our cab hailing app. Working closely with

cross-functional teams, you will spearhead the design and development of robust

and scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass:

- Crafting and owning the architectural vision for our web and mobile applications.

- Collaborating with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.

- Designing end-to-end systems and solutions, focusing on scalability, security, and

reliability.

- Leading and mentoring technical teams to implement architectural best practices.

- Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and tools for projects.

- Overseeing code reviews, providing guidance, and driving continuous

improvement.

- Identifying and mitigating technical challenges and risks in a proactive manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you'll need the following qualifications and skills:

- Extensive experience as a software architect, preferably in web and mobile

applications.

- Proficiency in architecting solutions using modern technologies, such as React

Native, NodeJS, GraphQL, and more.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud solutions, and distributed

systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic and forward-thinking mindset.

- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities to guide technical teams.

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities in a team-oriented environment.
