Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Conversion:
• Call potential customers from provided databases/leads.
• Explain product features, benefits, and offerings to customers.
• Persuade customers to purchase subscriptions or services.
• Customer Engagement:
• Build rapport with customers through active listening and clear communication.
• Handle queries or objections efficiently and professionally.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a strong focus on closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Data Management:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Update status reports and provide feedback to the team lead.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Minimum qualification - High School/12th Pass. Graduates are preferred.
• Communication Skills:
• Fluent in English and Hindi language.
• Clear, confident, and persuasive voice.
• Customer Handling: Ability to manage diverse customer profiles effectively.
• Sales Attitude:
• Goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
