Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven Telesales with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, understanding their learning needs, and promoting our educational products and services. Your role will involve achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Explain company products, services, and offers to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their learning goals.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle objections and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of telesales, inside sales, or similar sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pitch products effectively and persuade customers.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and target-driven mindset.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools experience is a plus).
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection.
• Prior experience in the education or edtech sector will be an added advantage.
