Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in telesales/telemarketing. As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should be driven, excellent at communication, and passionate about education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introduce our products and services, and qualify leads based on their needs.

  • Sales Conversion:

Convert inbound and outbound leads into customers by identifying their pain points and recommending the right courses and solutions offered by Sudo24 Learning Pvt. Ltd.

  • Product Knowledge:

Have a deep understanding of the products/services offered and be able to answer client questions, provide guidance, and pitch effectively.

  • Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure long-term success and repeat business.

  • Customer Support:

Provide pre- and post-sales support, assist clients with their queries, and help with the onboarding process.

  • Sales Targets & Reporting:

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

  • Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively sell our products.

  • Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure seamless client experience and follow-up.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Sales Skills:

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.

  • Customer-Centric Attitude:

A passion for helping people and understanding their needs while delivering tailored solutions.

  • Self-Motivated & Target-Driven:

Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

  • Tech-Savvy:

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and basic office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).

  • Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.

  • Education Qualification:
