Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE)

with a background in the EdTech industry. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving

sales, building relationships, and contributing to the company’s success.



Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

 Drive sales of educational products and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

 Proactively identify and close new business opportunities.

2. Lead Generation and Conversion:

 Identify potential leads and follow up effectively to convert them into clients.

 Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

3. Client Relationship Management:

 Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.

 Handle client inquiries, concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Market Research:

 Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.

 Provide feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

 Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.

 Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management.



Qualifications and Skills

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 1-3 years of relevant experience in the EdTech industry (preferred).


 Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

 Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.



Additional Requirements

 Laptop: Candidates must have their own laptop for work.

 Temporary WFH: Ability to work remotely during the initial period.
