Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE)
with a background in the EdTech industry. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving
sales, building relationships, and contributing to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Revenue Generation:
Drive sales of educational products and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Proactively identify and close new business opportunities.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion:
Identify potential leads and follow up effectively to convert them into clients.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Provide feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in the EdTech industry (preferred).
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Additional Requirements
Laptop: Candidates must have their own laptop for work.
Temporary WFH: Ability to work remotely during the initial period.
