Sudo24 Learning Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage, mentor, and drive the performance of our sales team.
As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets, developing team members, and ensuring a smooth workflow to contribute to the company's growth in the EdTech space.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Supervise and lead a team of sales executives to achieve individual and collective targets.
Allocate tasks and set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the team.
Monitor performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.
Training and Development:
Train sales personnel on company products, sales techniques, and best practices.
Identify skill gaps and organize periodic training sessions to enhance the team's efficiency.
Performance Monitoring:Track sales metrics, analyze performance reports, and implement strategies for improvement.
Conduct regular team meetings to review goals, performance, and updates.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Act as the communication bridge between the sales team and management
Sales Strategy Execution:
Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and market reach.
Ensure adherence to company sales processes and protocols.
Motivation and Support:
Foster a positive and motivating work environment to keep the team engaged.
Resolve team conflicts and provide support to overcome challenges in the sales cycle.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years in a sales leadership role, preferably in the EdTech or related industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to
analyze sales data and implement actionable strategies.
Problem-Solving: Proactive in addressing challenges and resolving conflicts.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
