Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Business Development Executive to join our team. This remote, full-time position is suitable for junior-level professionals with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The job location spans multiple cities, including Delhi, Noida, Agra, Kanpur, and Lucknow. As an Inside Sales BDE, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales prospecting (Mandatory skill) to identify and generate new business opportunities through research and outreach.
- Customer relationship management (Mandatory skill) to maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients while fostering new connections.
- Strong communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively convey information and present our products to potential clients.
- Proficient in lead qualification, assessing potential clients' needs and aligning them with our solutions.
- Solid product knowledge to confidently express the value and benefits of our offerings to prospects and customers.
- Negotiation skills to effectively manage objections and secure agreements that satisfy both the company and the client.
- Ability to close deals successfully by implementing persuasive strategies and following up with prospects as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software to systematically manage leads, track interactions, and ensure a seamless sales process.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct sales prospecting to identify and reach out to potential clients within the targeted locations.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize effective communication skills to present and articulate the value of our educational solutions to potential customers.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate products or services.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge by addressing questions and offering insights to client inquiries.
- Engage in negotiations to align our offerings with customer needs and close deals efficiently.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Accurately update and maintain CRM records to reflect all sales activities and client communications.
