Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Proactively identify and generate sales leads through cold calling, emails, and other inbound/outbound sales strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and offering Sudo24’s services effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our learning solutions and communicate the value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Sales Conversion: Qualify leads, pitch services, negotiate deals, and convert prospects into paying clients.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Customer Support: Handle queries from prospective clients, resolve concerns, and provide post-sale support as needed.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other departments to ensure seamless customer acquisition and retention.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, including insights on challenges and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the education or tech industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
