Position Overview :-

We are looking for a motivated and optimistic Inside Sales candidate. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, building relationships, and contributing to the company’s success. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and online platforms to introduce and promote company products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
• Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to meet sales targets.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and updates to the management team.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 0 to 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related role (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and influence customers through effective conversations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (training can be provided).
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle targets.
