Position Overview :-

We are looking for a motivated and optimistic Inside Sales candidate. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, building relationships, and contributing to the company’s success. 

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and online platforms to introduce and promote company products/services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.

Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to meet sales targets.

Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and updates to the management team.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

1 to 3 years of experience in business development or a related role (freshers are welcome to apply).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and influence customers through effective conversations.

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (training can be provided).

A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle targets.
