Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Sudo24 Learning Private Limited. This is a full-time, remote position based out of Noida. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our educational programs by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed revenue targets (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and achieve favorable outcomes for the company (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent market research skills to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities to cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with a diverse range of audiences.
  • Experience in lead generation to develop a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities.
  • Strategic planning skills to develop and implement growth-oriented business strategies.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management tools to track interactions and manage client accounts effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for Sudo24's educational programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape, and apply insights to business strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to communicate the value of Sudo24’s offerings.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns to foster customer loyalty and retention.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and make informed decisions.
