Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Suchirindia Hotels And Resorts(p) Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation for our Egyptian theme resort. This role requires a strong focus on business development, sales process management, and exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of the sales process and business development strategies
  • Experience in resort sales and banquet sales is a plus
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate new leads
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
