Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Suchirindia Hotels And Resorts(p) Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation for our Egyptian theme resort. This role requires a strong focus on business development, sales process management, and exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the sales process and business development strategies
- Experience in resort sales and banquet sales is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate new leads
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
