Job Overview

We are seeking a Production Executive for our API Pharmaceuticals Company. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in API manufacturing and bulk drug production. As a Production Executive, you will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring adherence to ISO standards, optimizing production yield, and overseeing manpower and resources.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the production process in line with company standards and procedures
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
• Optimize production yield and minimize waste
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations
• Supervise and manage manpower, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Maintain and update production records and reports
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions
• Monitor production equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to maintain product quality
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them in a timely manner
