• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Good understanding of anatomy and pharmacopeia
• Proven track record in sales and marketing segments
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives for API bulk pharma products in the assigned territory
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential customer needs
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and supply chain, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
• Stay updated with industry developments and market dynamics
