• Monitor product availability and ensure timely updates to reflect stock levels.
• Content Optimization:
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search visibility and enhance product discoverability.
• Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic to product pages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling product content and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in product listings.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines for product presentation and categorization.
• Address customer inquiries and issues related to product information promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably in catalog management or product content management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other data management tools.
• Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
