Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound leads, following up with potential clients, and ensuring effective communication and resolution of queries. This role involves creating customized responses and developing proposals to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Leads Management:
- Handle and respond to inbound leads promptly.
- Evaluate the potential of leads and determine appropriate follow-up actions.
- Follow-Ups:
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel.
- Lead Conversion and Resolution:
- Identify reasons for leads not being converted and develop strategies for improvement.
- Provide solutions and resolutions to potential clients' inquiries and concerns.
- Communication and Inbox Management:
- Manage and organize the email inbox to ensure all client communications are addressed promptly.
- Craft professional and effective email responses to engage and retain client interest.
- Reconnecting with Past Leads:
- Reconnect with past leads and clients to revive interest and explore new business opportunities.
- Content Creation and Proposals:
- Develop tailored responses and proposals to meet client needs and secure new business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that supports business development efforts.
- Lead Sorting and Prioritization:
- Sort and prioritize leads based on their potential value and urgency.
- Ensure high-priority leads are given immediate attention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and email management.
