Job Overview

Suba Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our imported post-press machines. This role requires a strong understanding of print finishing applications and the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Service Engineer and be located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair imported post-press machines
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions
• Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of the machines
• Keep accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in print finishing technology
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits as required
