We are hiring a Project Manager to join our team at Suba Solutions Private Limited. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and execute various projects within our organization. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in project management.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with more than 10 years of experience
• Strong business acumen and ability to align projects with organizational goals
• Excellent project implementation and execution skills
• Ability to lead and manage project teams effectively
• Solid understanding of business processes and project planning
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in project management is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project plans, including scope, goals, budget, timeline, and resource allocation
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members
• Manage project budget, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting
• Coach and mentor project team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management
