We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Service Engineer to join our team at Suba Solutions Private Limited. As a Mechanical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services for our imported print finishing machines. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and processes
• Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair imported print finishing machines
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of machines
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Provide technical support and training to customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements
• Prepare service reports and documentation
