We are hiring a Human Resources Executive to join our team at Suba Solutions Private Limited. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions and assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. This is a full-time position located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and is ideal for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other HR software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of performance management and training and development processes
• Good understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
