The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 3 years of experience and demonstrate skills in accounting and communication, handling various collection responsibilities efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Hindi communication is essential for all locations to effectively liaise with diverse customers.
• Good Gujarati communication skills are mandatory for the Ahmedabad location to ensure smooth regional interactions.
• Competency in Tally ERP 9 is required to manage financial transactions and monitor accounts accurately.
• A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution is necessary to meet the educational qualifications for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and execute collection activities, ensuring timely receipt of outstanding payments from clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and interactions with clients in the company database.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure efficient billing processes.
• Monitor and report on collections progress, providing updates to management as required.
• Implement and improve collection strategies to reduce past due amounts effectively.
