Job Overview

Sturlite Eclectic Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Executive for a full-time, mid-level position based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have a maximum of 6 years' experience in supply chain management to optimize operations and ensure seamless coordination between various departments. This role is critical for ensuring that our supply chain meets the growing demands of our diverse product lines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in logistics operations, including planning and managing the transportation of goods. (Mandatory skill)
• Extensive knowledge in inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong ability to optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in procurement to efficiently source materials and negotiate with suppliers.
• Vendor management skills to establish and maintain beneficial relationships with key suppliers.
• Competence in forecasting to predict demand and align supply chain activities accordingly.
• Data analysis skills to extract insights from supply chain data and inform strategic decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise between departments and ensure information flow.
