We are seeking a seasoned Store Manager to join our team. This full-time position is based in Virar and requires a senior-level candidate with 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all store operations and ensuring smooth functionality in line with the company's standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong experience in inventory management with the ability to track and manage inventory levels accurately and efficiently. (Mandatory skill)
• Proven track record of success in a Store Manager role, demonstrating leadership and operational excellence. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency with Tally ERP or Busy software for managing store operations effectively and ensuring compliance. (Mandatory skill)
• Comprehensive understanding of store operations, including planning, forecasting, and executing store management strategies.
• Expertise in store planning to optimize space utilization and enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Ability to implement effective stock control measures to minimize losses and ensure product availability and readiness.
• Strong skills in store supervision with a focus on team management, motivation, and performance enhancement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and customers.
