Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Sturlite Electric Pvt Ltd. The role is based in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Greater Noida, and is a full-time, senior-level position. The ideal candidate should have a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing store operations and ensuring seamless execution in alignment with the company’s standards and goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in inventory management (Mandatory skill) for maintaining optimal stock levels and reducing discrepancies.
• Proficient in operating as a store manager (Mandatory skill), including understanding customer needs and ensuring top-tier service delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Busy Software (Mandatory skill) to efficiently handle store financials and account management.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, ensuring all processes are compliant and streamlined.
• Expertise in store planning for optimal layout and resource utilization to enhance customer experience.
• Practical skills in stock control to manage orders, returns, and product life cycles effectively.
• Ability to supervise store staff, fostering a motivated and efficient team environment.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities to manage and lead a large team towards achieving business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage store operations to ensure alignment with company standards and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and forecast product demand.
• Utilize Tally ERP / Busy Software to manage store accounts, track sales, and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure optimal store layout and effective visual merchandising to attract and retain customers.
• Supervise and train store staff, fostering a productive and customer-friendly environment.
• Monitor and manage store financials, including budgeting, expense control, and profitability analysis.
• Implement store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to devise and execute promotional strategies to boost store sales.
