Job Overview:  

Sturlite is seeking a highly skilled and independent Senior Graphic Designer with a refined sense of creativity, technical expertise, and a strong portfolio demonstrating original, high-quality work. We are not looking for template-based or generic designs—this role requires a designer who can conceptualize and execute ideas with precision, originality, and a deep understanding of branding aesthetics.  

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in packaging, social media, e-commerce, and branding materials, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.  

Key Responsibilities:  

1. Packaging & Product Design  

- Develop premium, detail-driven packaging that aligns with Sturlite’s brand identity.  

- Ensure precise alignment, realistic shadowing, and accurate color representation for a polished and professional appearance.  

2. Social Media & Marketing Creatives  

- Create engaging, visually striking content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram.  

- Maintain brand aesthetics while incorporating fresh, innovative design elements.  

3. E-Commerce & Digital Assets  

- Design high-quality visuals for Amazon and Flipkart that enhance product appeal and drive conversions.  

- Focus on realistic product presentation, refined shadows, and balanced compositions.  

4. Branding & Identity Design  

- Assist in developing logos, color palettes, and essential brand elements.  

- Execute creative ideas that align with Sturlite’s premium positioning.  

5. Collaboration & Execution  

- Work closely with the Senior Creative Designer, 3D artists, and video editors to ensure consistency and excellence in all creative outputs.  

- Apply feedback effectively to enhance and refine designs.  

What We Are Looking For:  

- Strong creative and technical expertise. The ability to create original, high-quality designs that stand out in the industry.  

- Independent thinking and execution. Someone who can conceptualize, develop, and refine ideas with minimal supervision.  

- Attention to detail. Mastery of alignment, shadowing, spacing, and overall visual balance.  

- A portfolio that demonstrates expertise. We can quickly recognize when a portfolio consists of basic, template-based designs. We are looking for a designer with a proven ability to create refined, sophisticated visuals.  

Key Skills & Experience Required:  

- CorelDRAW (Mandatory): Minimum 4–5 years of experience with advanced vector design and precision detailing.  

- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator: Minimum 3–4 years of expertise in shadowing, blending, and product enhancement.  

- Detail-Oriented Mindset: A strong grasp of alignment, spacing, and composition.  

- Product Visualization: The ability to create realistic, high-end product renders.  

- Creativity & Innovation: A sharp aesthetic sense for modern, impactful designs.  

- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently while maintaining quality.  

Selection Process:  

1. Face-to-Face Technical Task (4–5 Hours in Office)  

  - A real-time design challenge to evaluate creativity, precision, and execution skills.  

2. Only shortlisted candidates will proceed further.
