We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Sturlite Eclectic Pvt Ltd. This full-time position is located in Bengaluru, Bangalore Urban. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 10 years of experience in graphic design at a senior level, contributing significantly to our branding and visual presentation efforts.

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a meticulous eye for detail and a strong understanding of alignment, shadow detailing, and product placement. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Senior Designer to deliver exceptional visuals for packaging, social media, e-commerce platforms (Amazon/Flipkart), and branding materials.  

Key Responsibilities:  

1. Packaging Design:  

  - Create high-quality, detailed packaging designs under supervision.  

  - Ensure proper product alignment, shadow detailing, and consistent color balance.  

  - Incorporate brand guidelines into all packaging work.  

2. Social Media Design:  

  - Develop visually stunning creative posts for Instagram and other platforms, focusing on lighting, MCBs, wires, fans, etc.  

  - Follow brand aesthetics while adding a modern, fresh touch to the designs.  

3. E-Commerce Design:  

  - Revamp Amazon/Flipkart product images with clean, professional layouts.  

  - Add proper shadows, reflections, and vibrant yet realistic backgrounds.  

4. Branding Materials:  

  - Assist in creating logos, color palettes, and other branding materials.  

  - Follow guidance for conceptualizing and executing innovative ideas.  

5. Collaboration:  

  - Work closely with the Senior Designer and other team members (e.g., 3D artists, video editors).  

  - Accept and implement feedback effectively to improve design quality.  

Key Skills Required:  

1. Design Tools Expertise:  

  - Adobe Photoshop (Advanced level for shadowing, blending, and product enhancement).  

  - Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW for vector designs.  

  - Experience in Canva or similar tools is a plus.  

2. Attention to Detail:  

  - Expertise in alignment, proper spacing, and maintaining consistency across designs.  

3. Product Detailing:  

  - Ability to make realistic product renders with appropriate shadows, reflections, and lighting.  

4. Creativity and Innovation:  

  - Capability to create designs that are modern, eye-catching, and unique.  

5. Time Management:  

  - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
