Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator for a junior position at our Bangalore office. This full-time role involves supporting the sales team by managing sales schedules, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth operational procedures. The ideal candidate should have an aptitude for communicating effectively and managing time efficiently.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in sales reporting to provide data-driven insights for the sales team (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience as a sales coordinator with a strong understanding of sales operations (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Efficient time management to juggle multiple tasks with changing priorities.
  • Effective sales support skills to assist in the preparation and execution of sales campaigns.
  • Expertise in MS Excel for managing and analyzing sales data effectively.
  • Proven ability in follow-ups to ensure timely deliveries and client follow-through.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities to ensure efficient operation and peak performance.
  • Assist in processing and managing sales orders, preparing necessary documentation.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries and follow-up requests.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and results for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare regular sales reports to present data findings to the sales manager.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and management tasks.
  • Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely product delivery to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to encourage repeat business.
