Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts at Sturlite Eclectic Pvt Ltd. This full-time senior position is based at our Bangalore Urban office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing within the manufacturing industry, with 7 to 10 years of work experience, focusing on household electrical goods such as LED Lights and fans.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in campaign management is essential, ensuring successful development and execution of marketing campaigns, driving the growth of our product lines (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in below-the-line (BTL) marketing is crucial for targeting specific customer segments and fostering greater brand visibility (Mandatory skill).
• Strong skill in planning and executing promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and boost sales performance (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in strategic planning with the ability to align marketing objectives with business goals.
• Capable of conducting comprehensive market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Brand management expertise to uphold and strengthen the company's brand identity across various platforms.
• Experience organizing and conducting exhibitions to effectively showcase products and expand the company's reach.
• In-depth knowledge of the lighting industry, with the ability to apply that knowledge to influence marketing strategies and outcomes.
