• Experience in recruitment with a proven track record of successful placements and an understanding of various sourcing techniques, including social media.
• Strong onboarding and induction management skills required to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidates' suitability with the ability to evaluate resumes and applications critically.
• Talented in talent acquisition with the expertise to identify and attract potential candidates effectively.
• Sound knowledge of HR policies to ensure compliance and alignment with the organization's objectives.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, enabling clear and effective interactions with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage offer letter release and handle negotiation processes with candidates proficiently.
• Expertise in building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing recruitment needs. (Mandatory skill)

• Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and analyze data to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to source qualified candidates by leveraging platforms, networking events, and referrals.
• Ensure adherence to all labor laws and reflect best practices in HR to promote a fair and positive working environment.
